Emily Kretschmer

Emily Kretschmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as a Senior Customer Service/Operations Representative at Internet Brands since July 2019. In this role, Emily manages a customer service team based in the Philippines, assists in operations for the WebMD Account Management team, fulfills doctor profile management requests, collaborates with the legal team on subpoenaed information, and creates training videos and SOPs. Prior to this, Emily operated EK Pottery, a handmade ceramics business, and gained valuable experience in various roles including Activity Attendant at Rolling Hills Country Club, Studio Assistant at Mt Washington Pottery, and Apprentice with Jeremy Ayers Pottery. Emily's earlier internships include social media roles at Wizard World and Erincondren.com, a design and architecture internship at KAA Design Group, and a clothing design internship at Heart & Soul. Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine and Studio Arts from the University of Vermont.
