Joyce Dogniez

Joyce Dogniez currently serves as Vice President for Empowerment and Outreach at the Internet Society Foundation, focusing on closing the skills gap in the Internet workforce through practical training and fellowship programs. Prior to this role, Joyce held various leadership positions at the Internet Society, including Vice President of Community Engagement, where strategic initiatives were implemented for global community development. Joyce's experience also includes chairing the EQUALS initiative aimed at bridging the digital gender divide, alongside extensive roles in marketing and development within Meeting Professionals International and other organizations. Educational qualifications include courses at INSEAD and a degree in Applied Linguistics from Erasmushogeschool Brussel.
