Carmen Yolanda L. has a diverse range of work experience in the finance industry. Carmen Yolanda started as a Practicante Contable at Price Waterhousecoopers in 2010 and later became an Asistente de Contabilidad. In 2011, they joined Telefónica Gestion de Servicios Compartidos SAC as an Analista de Control de Gestión. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as an Analista Sr. de Control de Gestión y Finanzas at Media Networks Latin America, where they were responsible for controlling the wholesale TV, satellite internet, and total company capex businesses. Carmen Yolanda then worked as a Controller Financiero at CIMACOM Innovación y Gestión Tecnológica from 2016 to 2017. Currently, Carmen holds the position of Head of Finance Peru at InterNexa, where they oversee the financial area, including budgeting, financial modeling, billing, and customer portfolio management.

Carmen Yolanda L. has a diverse education history in the field of finance and management. In 2011, they completed a program on "Planeamiento Financiero" at Universidad ESAN. The following year, they enrolled in a "Diplomado en Finanzas Corporativas" at Universidad ESAN. In 2013 and 2014, they pursued a "Máster en Finanzas Corporativas" at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and Escuela de Organización Industrial, focusing on accounting, finance, and international finance. Carmen continued their education in 2015 by completing a "Diplomado Internacional de Control de Gestión" at Universidad de Piura and studied "Control de Gestión" at Universidad de Chile. In 2016, they attended a workshop on "New Venture Creation" at Tecnológico de Monterrey, specializing in entrepreneurship. Carmen further expanded their knowledge of finance with a program on "Actualización Profesional - Finanzas Corporativas" at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in 2017. Finally, in 2023, they pursued further specialization in strategic treasury management with an "Especialización en Gestión Estratégica de la Tesorería" at Universidad del Pacífico in Peru.
