Jonathan Giraldo

As escalation and project engineer, Jonathan maximizes businesses’ potential through new technology. He takes on the management and implementation of technical documentation, encryption services, web traffic and platform migration, while also working with clients’ infrastructures and training junior engineers, among a slew of other software-based projects. His favorite part of the job may stem from his love of flight: By working with clients to implement new technology, he takes their company to new heights and peers into the future to see what they can do.

Jonathan took on his role at Internos after spending four years in Medellin, Colombia. There, he was an infrastructure analyst and consultant for companies like Bancolombia, EPM and Grupo Nutresa, just to name a few. The job was a bit of homecoming for him, too. He grew up in Rhode Island but lived in Medellin during his teenage years, thinking fondly of them as the best years of his life. Prior to working in Medellin, he was a network consultant for ReadyIT, which eventually became Internos in 2013.
