Andrés V.

Andrés V. is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in exploration and development, currently employed at Interoil Exploration & Production ASA since November 2015. In this role, Andrés is responsible for the interpretation and integration of geological and geophysical data, seismic interpretation, subsurface mapping, identification of new exploration and exploitation opportunities, as well as petrophysical analysis and static reservoir modeling. Prior to this position, Andrés served as a seismic interpreter/geologist at Sintana Energy Inc from January to September 2015, where responsibilities included seismic interpretation, velocity modeling, reserve calculation, and evaluation of new opportunities. Additionally, from January 2010 to January 2015, Andrés worked as a support geologist at Petralog Ltda, providing consultancy for exploration departments and new business initiatives at several Colombian operating companies. Andrés holds a degree in Geological Engineering from Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia and a Master's in Sustainable Energy Management from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano.
