Carlos Alberto Salazar Baldeon

Carlos Alberto Salazar Baldeon is an experienced marine engineer with a career spanning over two decades in the maritime industry. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at MARFLET MARINE SA and Interorient Shipmanagement since late 2023, Carlos has held various engineering roles including Second Engineer positions at Reederei NORD Group and ASM Maritime, as well as previous experience at Marflet Marine and IBERMAR LIMA/IBERNOR BILBAO focused on oil and chemical tankers. Carlos began the engineering career at the ENAMM Peruvian Merchant Marine School, earning a degree as Engineer Officer in Engineering from 2003.
