Andrey Kutsov

Andrey Kutsov is an accomplished professional in the field of metallurgy, currently serving as the acting Chief Technical Officer and Technical Director of the Pipe Division at INTERPIPE since May 2018. Since January 2014, Andrey has held the position of Director of Quality and Technology at INTERPIPE NTRP. Previous roles include Chief Engineer at INTERPIPE NIKO TUBE from June 2013 to January 2014, and Head of the Investment Department at INTERPIPE from October 2004 to June 2013. Andrey's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physical Metallurgy and Heat Treatment from the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine, completed in 1998, and a Master's degree in the same field from the State Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine, obtained in 1994.
