Heather Granato

Heather Granato has a strong background in customer success, having held the role of Vice President of Customer Success at Interplay Learning, Molecula, and CSID. At Interplay Learning, they were responsible for developing and delivering digital learning simulations for skilled trades. At Molecula, they worked with a feature store platform that simplified and accelerated big data access for analytics and AI. At CSID, they provided global identity protection and fraud detection technologies. Prior to these roles, Heather served as the Director of Client Services at Small World Labs and worked as a Production Project Manager at Digital Motorworks, where they managed delivery and production services for notable clients.

Heather Granato attended Texas State University from 1998 until 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
