William Blackburn

William Blackburn has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. William started their career in 2015 as a High School Social Studies Teacher at Cleveland County Schools, where they maintained accurate student records and established clear objectives for their lessons. In 2018, they moved to Brunswick County Schools, where they continued as a High School Social Studies Teacher, adapting teaching methods and materials to meet students' needs and interests. During this time, they also developed strong communication skills and wrote new curriculum. In 2020, William joined Credit Suisse as a Money Market and Global Liquidity Group Trade Analyst, handling trade analysis and utilizing student assessment data for program planning. William then transitioned to IBM in 2022 as a Global Project Manager in Corporate Security Technology, overseeing projects until 2023. Currently, William is working as an Implementation Project Manager in Customer Success at Interplay Learning, a leading provider of online and VR training for skilled trades.

From 2010 to 2015, William Blackburn attended Appalachian State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in History with a focus on Secondary Education.
