Alimpan Sasmal, MBA is currently the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Interpro, overseeing delivery, research and development, and employee relations for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this role, Alimpan worked at Cognizant as an HR Recruiter for APAC, ASEAN, and EMEA regions. Alimpan also held positions at Brilliant Infotech Inc., Data-Core Systems Inc., and Netpro System Inc. in talent acquisition and bench sales roles. With a background in computer engineering and a recent MBA in Human Resources Management, Alimpan brings a diverse skill set to the field of talent acquisition.
