Misty Overholser

Misty Overholser has over 18 years of work experience in various roles. Misty is currently working as the VP of Commercial Loan Operations at Interra Credit Union, where they oversee Ag and Commercial Loan Operations. Misty'sresponsibilities include managing Commercial Loan Servicing, Commercial Doc Prep, Doc Analysis, and Lender Support Specialist Manager. Misty is dedicated to improving all aspects of Ag and Commercial Loan Processing and Documentation. Prior to this role, they served as the Lender Support Manager and Lender Support Supervisor at the same company. Misty also has experience as a Lead Lender Support Specialist, where they prepared commercial loan files, processed tax returns, coordinated closings, and reviewed loan processes and procedures.

Before joining Interra Credit Union, Misty worked as a Patient Services Representative at Indiana University Health Goshen Physicians, where they handled patient charges, receipts, collections, appointment scheduling, and other administrative tasks.

Misty also held the role of Treasurer at ARC American Inc, where they handled payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, answered phones, filed documents, and managed some HR activities. Misty interacted with vendors, local unions, businesses, and customers. Misty also managed insurance and benefits filing for union members and private insurance for non-union employees.

At the beginning of their career, Misty worked at Interra Credit Union as a Branch Manager, Consumer Loan Officer, and Second Mortgage and Home Equity Loan Interviewer. Misty'sresponsibilities included managing branch operations, issuing loans, conducting performance reviews, coaching employees, and building business partnerships. Misty also worked as a Lead Teller and held a 3 Way Float role at the credit union.

Misty Overholser attended Wessington Springs High School from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained their High School diploma. Misty'sfield of study in high school was High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. In addition to their formal education, Misty also obtained a certification in Tools for Self-Mastery/Enhancing Emotional Intelligence from Through Eagles Eyes, Inc. in November 2020.
