David Goss

David Goss is the Owner and Managing Principal of Interra Realty, LLC, a position held since October 2010, where a team of commercial real estate professionals has managed over $500 million in transactions. Previously, David served as Managing Director at Essex Realty Group from March 2003 to September 2010, specializing in multi-family real estate. From March 1995 to October 2000, David was a Senior Partner at Syndicated Equities, assisting clients with Section 1031 exchanges for net leased assets. Earlier in their career, David practiced as an attorney at Rudnick & Wolfe from 1985 to 1992. David holds a JD from the University of Illinois College of Law and multiple degrees, including a BSE in Accounting and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School.
