Jon Morgan

Jon Morgan is a co-founding Principal of Interra Realty, a commercial brokerage that has facilitated over 1200 transactions totaling more than $3 billion in sales since its inception in 2010. Previously, Jon co-founded Interra ES, LLC, which provided energy cost-saving solutions for small businesses in deregulated markets from 2010 to 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director at Essex Realty Group, focusing on investment property and debt sales, and as an Advisor at Wachovia Bank of Georgia. Jon holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Michigan State University, completed in 2001.
