Kamel Majdoub has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Kamel started their career at IBM in 2008 as a Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for developing indirect sales of software on the SME market. Kamel managed and followed up on a commercial prospecting program and analyzed sales data from the previous year. Kamel then worked at SThree for 8 years, starting in 2010, as the Responsable Recrutement et Prestation de Services. Kamel was in charge of recruitment and service provision. Following this, they joined Fairman in 2018 as an HR and Recruiting Manager, where they oversaw all aspects of HR and recruitment. Currently, Kamel is working at Intersec Group as a Recruiting Manager since 2020. In this role, they are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from identifying candidates to closing the hiring process. Kamel has made significant achievements in improving the employer brand and recruitment tools.
Kamel Majdoub has a diverse education history. Kamel obtained their Licence degree in Science de gestion administration des affaires from IAE Lille in 2007. After that, they pursued a Master In Management degree in Business Management at Burgundy School of Business - BSB from 2007 to 2009. During their studies at BSB, they also participated in the Erasmus Program and earned an MBA from Bilkent University in 2009.
In addition to their formal education, Kamel Majdoub has also obtained several certifications. Kamel completed a course on Intelligence Emotionnelle at Unow in July 2020. Furthermore, they acquired certifications in Apprendre à bien communiquer and Les fondements de l'outil MBTI from LinkedIn in November 2019 and October 2019, respectively.
