Tom McEwan has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Tom has held various leadership roles in companies such as Intersec Group, Telecom Canada International, Intel Corporation, Amdocs, Imtech Telecom Global Inc., Solunet-Telecom Canada Contract, TELUS Communications, AT&T Canada, and Orange Business Services.
In their most recent role as VP Sales - Americas at Intersec Group, Tom was responsible for developing the Canadian carrier market and implementing loyalty, retention, value creation, and cost optimization strategies.
Prior to that, Tom held the position of Managing Director Business Development at Telecom Canada International, where they provided executive sales leadership and drove growth and expansion for telecom providers. Tom also worked as a Sales Director at Intel Corporation and as a Director of Sales at Amdocs.
Tom has extensive experience in sales and operations, business development, and strategic expansion. Tom has a strong focus on service quality, profitability, and delivering unique and creative sales strategies for growth. Throughout their career, they have been instrumental in driving revenue growth, penetrating new markets, and establishing strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
Tom McEwan attended the University of Alberta in 2003, where they pursued further education at the Schulich Executive Education Centre. Tom completed a program in High Performance Leadership during their time at the university.
