Paulina San Millan

Paulina San Millan serves as the Interim CEO and Senior Vice President of Business Development at Intersect Illinois, where responsibilities include leading the Business Development team, overseeing attraction projects, and implementing strategies to promote Illinois for business investments. Previous experience includes roles as the Director of Research & Business Development and Director of Research at Intersect Illinois, along with consultancy positions at Newmark Knight Frank and business development management for the New Mexico Partnership. Notable achievements include assisting companies with export readiness and co-organizing significant economic development conferences. Paulina holds an MBA and a BA in Economics from the University of New Mexico, and a high school diploma with an International Baccalaureate (IB) from Colegio Vista Hermosa.
