Babett Albus

Babett Albus is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic accounts and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Accounts and Head of Customer Success at Intershop Communications AG. Previously, Babett held senior roles at Schwab Versand GmbH, including Senior Project Manager in E-Commerce and Head of Online Marketing, as well as Project Leader for Internet projects. Additionally, Babett led Trade Marketing efforts at ASTRA Marketing (SES ASTRA SA) and worked as a Project Manager in Marketing Communication at Sony Deutschland.
