Susana Oliveira

Susana Oliveira has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Susana is currently working as the Head of Products Portfolio Management at Intersnack Group GmbH & Co. KG. Previously, they held various roles at Mondelēz International, including being an Associate Director in charge of the Global Program Lead for Technical Center Network Strategy. Susana also served as the Associate Director for Product Change Management and Biscuit Category Lead. In addition, Susana has experience as an R&D Product Manager for Breakfast and Savory products, a Senior Group Leader for NPD Cheese Snacking and Enhancers & Convenient Meals, a Program Leader for Cheese and Grocery, and a Strategic Planning Manager for the Confectionery category. Before joining Mondelēz International, they worked as a Senior Scientist for different departments within the company, such as Confectionery, Cocoa Beverages, and Coffee Specialty Beverages. Susana started their professional career as a Student Placement at Fraunhofer Institut.

Susana Oliveira obtained their Engineer's Degree in Master in Food Engineering from Biotechnology University - Catholic University of Porto, Portugal, from 1989 to 1994. Susana also has additional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute, EXIN Agile Scrum Master Certification, EXIN Agile Scrum Product Owner Certification, Strategic Agility from LinkedIn, and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn.
