Alexander Verhoeven

Alexander Verhoeven possesses extensive experience in compliance and risk management within the financial sector. Currently serving as Co-Chair and Co-Programming Director of the ACAMS Netherlands Chapter since November 2019, Alexander also holds the position of Head of Compliance & Risk at Intersolve since January 2023 and is a board member of VBIN, the representative organization for payment service providers, since August 2021. Previously, Alexander was Head of Compliance & Risk at PAY. from January 2017 to December 2022 and spent over 24 years at De Nederlandsche Bank in various supervisory roles focused on payment institutions and integrity, including the Department for Payment Institutions and Special Projects. Alexander holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Markus Verbeek Praehep and has also received training from EXIN.
