John Glushik

John Glushik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in venture capital and management. Currently serving as Managing Director at HG Ventures since July 2018, John has also held significant roles at Intersouth Partners as both Venture Partner and Partner since September 1999. Previous leadership includes a tenure as Managing Director at Duke Angel Network from March 2015 to June 2018. Earlier in their career, John worked as a Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and held engineering and fellowship positions at Draper Lab - Massachusetts Institute of Technology and General Electric Company. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Master’s in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from Duke University.
