Yuta Chiba

Yuta Chiba is the current representative director of こどもの未来株式会社, a role commenced in August 2022, focusing on solving social issues through business and human collaboration. Chiba has leveraged expertise in consulting to develop a diverse range of projects from BtoB to BtoC and BtoG. Key initiatives include launching the "ジンテキ" recruitment consulting service and the media "キッカケ" for career discovery. As a self-employed child-rearing support entrepreneur since January 2019, Chiba has also served as the head of the management planning office at Interspace. Additional leadership roles include CEO of BabyTech & Community, Inc., and CMO at FirstAscent Inc.
