Hattie Pace

Hattie Pace is currently the EB-3 Program Manager at Interstaff, Inc., where leadership involves driving recruitment strategies for the EB-3 Visa Program, facilitating international nurses' pathways to U.S. nursing roles. Previously, Hattie served as the EB-3 Program Coordinator at Vintage Church LA, overseeing event coordination and managing a large volunteer team. Additional experiences include roles as a Market Research Interviewer at Gigs, Stylist at Free People, and Student Employee at The Hub for Spiritual Life at Pepperdine, contributing to community engagement initiatives. Hattie has also held leadership roles in Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women and the Pepperdine Panhellenic Executive Council. Educational achievements include a degree in International Studies with a focus on Intercultural Communication and French Studies from Pepperdine University.
