Lain Hancock

Lain Hancock has extensive leadership experience across various industries, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Interstate Batteries since January 2019. Prior to this, Lain held the position of Chief Strategy and Emerging Brands Officer at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. from July 2018 to January 2019 and served as CEO of Bai Brands from June 2017 to July 2018. Lain's career also includes significant contributions at Dr Pepper Snapple Group in various roles, including SVP/EVP of Human Resources and VP/SVP of Supply Chain. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company and as a Major in the US Army, where Lain led teams through various challenges. Educational credentials include a BS in US History and Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from The Wharton School, and a Master of Biblical and Theological Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.
