As Vice President of Development, Christian O'Connor is located at the Honolulu, HI Office and is involved in all aspects of housing development, including securing financing, community outreach,and working with housing authorities, finance agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders to bring complex affordable housing developments from concept to reality throughout the State of Hawaii.
