Kelly DeJoy

As Vice President of Finance at Michaels Kelly's responsibilities include assessing and determining the feasibility and optimal financing structure for proposed developments across the Michaels footprint as well as coordinating the loan closing process and negotiation of financing agreements. Kelly is also charged with managing the existing Michaels portfolio and will head up the refinance/reposition opportunities for an existing asset.
