Brian Giambagno has extensive experience in financial roles, having worked as a Chief Financial Officer for various companies. Brian began their career at Deloitte & Touche as an Audit Manager from 1985 to 1991. Brian then joined Berlitz GlobalNET, where they held various accounting and finance positions from 1991 to 2001, including Vice President of Finance and Vice President of North America Operations. From 2002 to 2005, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Bowne Global Solutions, leading an international team of 85 in 24 countries and managing a corporate team of seven. Following that, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Global Document Solutions from 2006 to 2009, responsible for accounting, finance, administration, and strategic planning. Brian then worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Hudson News Distributors from 2009 to 2010, responsible for accounting, finance, treasury, risk management, and compliance. Most recently, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Interstate Waste Services, Inc. from 2010. In this role, they played a key role in the company's growth through acquisitions and was responsible for accounting, finance, information technology, risk management, and acquisition negotiation.
Brian Giambagno attended Rutgers University from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Accounting. Brian then pursued higher education at Rutgers University - Newark from 1997 to 1999 and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance.
Additionally, Brian Giambagno holds two additional certifications: Certified Public Accountant from the AICPA and Certified Global Management Accountant, also from the AICPA. The dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
