Scott C. Carroll

Scott C. Carroll currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for Interstate Waste Services, Inc., a rapidly growing firm in solid waste collection and recycling, starting January 2024. Previously, Scott held the HR leadership role at GCT Global Container Terminals Inc. from 2018 to 2023, providing strategic partnership to the Executive Management Team and advising the Board of Directors. From 2009 to 2017, Scott was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at GAF, where significant transformations in the HR function were achieved. Early in the career, Scott worked in various legal and HR roles at ISP, Hertz, and Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, focusing on labor and employment law. Scott holds a JD from Duke University School of Law and a BA in History with a Minor in Criminology and Law from the University of Florida.
