Chris Raymond

Chris Raymond, CISSP, CISM, has diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Currently, they are the Cybersecurity Lead at Interstates since April 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Security Administrator at Billion Automotive from April 2017 to March 2018. In 2006, Chris joined First PREMIER Bank/PREMIER Bankcard, where they held various roles, including Sr. Program Administrator, Sr. Security Administrator, and Security Administrator. During their time there, they were involved in PCI compliance, audit findings, vulnerability management, and configuration reviews. From July 2011 to June 2012, Chris worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Globe University. Chris gained experience as a Security Intern at Premier Bankcard in 2005 and worked as a Delivery/stock man at Advance Auto Parts from April 2004 to October 2005. In addition, Chris had a role as a Help Desk Technician at Dakota State University from September 2004 to May 2005, where they provided support for Table PCs and performed hardware/software troubleshooting and repairs.

Chris Raymond, CISSP, CISM has a Master's degree in Information Assurance and Computer Security from Dakota State University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2006. Chris also holds a General Diploma from Mitchell Senior High, completed from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, Chris has several certifications including CISSP and CISM obtained in 2019 and 2016 respectively, Network+ and Security+ obtained in 2009 and 2007 respectively, and other certifications related to IT and cybersecurity. Chris has also completed leadership training and effective communication courses provided by Dale Carnegie Training.
