Lori Walstra

Lori Walstra has extensive experience in human resources, workforce development, and training and development. Lori has been with Interstates since 2007, where Lori serves in various roles including Training and Development Manager, Manager of Workforce Development, and Human Resource Generalist. Lori spends a significant amount of time on sourcing and recruiting top talent, along with supporting special HR projects and fostering a positive work culture. Prior to Interstates, Lori worked at the University of Sioux Falls as a Recruiter/Admissions Counselor, where Lori participated in various activities and represented the institution at events. Lori holds a BA in Business Management from the University of Sioux Falls.
