Bindas Samuel

Bindas Samuel has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and technical support. Bindas is currently working as the Lead of Technical Support at Interswitch Group since April 2023. Prior to their current position, they served as a Software Engineer at the same company from 2020 to April 2023.

Before joining Interswitch Group, Bindas worked as a Software Developer and Official Support at Eclat Healthcare Limited from 2018 to 2020. Bindas also gained experience as a Software Analyst at Delta State Contributory Health Commission from March 2017 to April 2018.

To further their career, Bindas had a role as a Software Analyst at the University of Jos, Nigeria from May 2015 to August 2015. Bindas'sdiverse experiences have provided him with well-rounded expertise in software engineering and technical support.

Bindas Samuel holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Nigeria, which they obtained from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Information Systems) at the same university from 2012 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Bindas Samuel has also obtained several certifications. Bindas received the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2023. In September 2022, they completed the Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts certification from LinkedIn. Bindas also obtained the DevOps Foundations certification from LinkedIn in August 2022 and the Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2022. In September 2020, they attained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute. Additionally, in November 2018, they acquired the HSE certification from the Jobskills Training Institute Nigeria Limited.
