Elijah Ajala

Elijah Ajala's work experience begins with their role as an Administrative Accountant Assistant at SBM Company in May 2021. Here, they performed reconciliations, developed filing systems, and facilitated partnerships with logistics companies to improve customer satisfaction. Elijah then joined Colad Gray as a People Operations Specialist Associate in November 2021, where they conducted HR audits and executed talent acquisition processes.

In 2022, Ajala was employed by Content Factory as a Data Architect, creating customized reports and dashboards and performing business case studies to optimize strategic decision-making. Elijah joined First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. in August 2022 as a Product Analyst, focusing on monitoring and analyzing ATM product performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Currently, Ajala is working at Interswitch Group as a Data Analyst, starting in June 2023.

Elijah Ajala completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Biology at the University of Ilorin from the year 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Master Microsoft Power BI from Alison - Empower Yourself in June 2022, Certificate in HR Data Analytics from Throne Management and Business Institute Switzerland in November 2021, Diploma in Project Management from Throne Management and Business Institute Switzerland in August 2021, and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in July 2021.
