Kelechi Ibe has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Kelechi started their career as an Information Technology Intern at the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency in 2007. From there, they worked at GTBank as a Bank Teller, where they processed various customer transactions. In 2015, they joined Rainoil Limited as an Information Technology Administrator, responsible for network technical support and managing the company's website. Kelechi also served as an Information Technology Network Administrator at Rainoil Limited, where they maintained the company's in-house software, provided technical support for the ERP software, and generated business reports. Kelechi then moved on to Tek Experts, where they held the positions of Application Support Engineer and Technical Lead. In these roles, they prioritized and administered enhancements and defect resolution for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, communicated application problems to stakeholders, and ensured efficient handling of IT and support requests. Kelechi is currently working as a Technical Support Engineer at Interswitch Group, where they utilize their skills and knowledge to provide technical assistance.
