Uchenna Kanu ️

Uchenna Kanu has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Uchenna started their career as an Information Technology Specialist at 3J's Hotels Limited in May 2016 and worked there until January 2019. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure.

From February 2019 to June 2019, Uchenna worked as a Call Center Telemarketer at Outsource Global.

Uchenna then joined High-Tech Data Systems (HDS) in July 2019 as an Information Technology Specialist. In this role, they provided support to users of IT infrastructure in the regions, troubleshooting issues remotely and handling LAN and WAN problems.

In December 2020, Uchenna joined Heritage Bank Plc and held multiple roles including Data Center support, Storage Management, Server Administrator, and Data Analyst. In these roles, they were involved in tasks such as monitoring and analyzing data, managing servers and storage, and spooling reports.

Most recently, Uchenna joined Interswitch Group in May 2022 as a System Engineer. Their responsibilities include strategic planning, research and evaluation of hardware and software, implementation of infrastructure disaster recovery plans, and automation of administration tasks.

Uchenna Kanu obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Tansian University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications in various fields. In 2023, they obtained a certification in SUPERIOR SERVICE from EDGEECUTION. In 2022, they received certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Commvault Certified Professional from GoLeanSixSigma.com and Commvault, respectively. Uchenna also obtained certifications in Commvault Professional Foundation, AWARE ANIME S06|E06 - Personal Data & PII, AWARE ANIME S07|S06 Malicious Insider Threat, and Exam Prep AWS Certified SystemOps Administrator in the same year.
