Helen Oushana

Helen Oushana has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Helen is currently employed as a Technical Support Agent at interviewstream, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, Helen worked as a Virtual Franchisee at The Juice Plus+ Company starting from November 2017. From August 2018 to February 2022, they served as a Department Assistant at New Trier High School District, where they supported multiple departments by managing calendars, answering phone calls, and performing administrative tasks. In 2017, Helen worked at Arapahoe County, first as a Community Services personnel from March to July, and then as a member of the Child and Adult Protective Services (CAPS) division during the same period. Their responsibilities included assisting clients, providing administrative support services, and coordinating transportation for CAPS families. In the hospitality industry, Helen held positions such as Special Events Manager at Sullivans Steakhouse from July 2009 to August 2010, and Hostess/Server at Feast Restaurant from February 2009 to June 2009. Helen also worked as a Special Events Manager at Cenitare Restaurants, LLC from July 2007 to August 2008, and as a Restaurant Manager at Francesca's Restaurants from January 2007 to July 2007. In addition, Helen gained experience as a Special Event Manager at Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises DiPescara from February 2006 to October 2006, and as a Hostess at Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises from April 2005 to February 2006.

Helen Oushana completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Social Work at Mount Saint Mary's University from 2013 to 2015. Helen further pursued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from 2015 to 2018.
