Michael Koullas

Michael Koullas is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in acquisitions, development, and asset management. Currently serving as Vice President of Acquisitions at Interwest Capital since February 2021, Michael is also the Vice President at Koul Properties, Inc., where responsibilities encompass managing project concepts, design, and marketing, as well as site selection and commercial lease negotiations. Previous roles include ownership of Century21 Koullas Realty and positions as an Acquisitions Analyst and Asset Management Analyst at notable firms. Michael holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Auburn University.
