Viktoriia Shcherbakova

Viktoriia Shcherbakova has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Viktoriia is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition Team at Intetics, where they lead global recruitment efforts and collaborates with hiring managers to develop comprehensive talent strategies. Previously, they worked as a Recruitment Manager at Ciklum and held various roles at Intetics Inc., including Head of Talent Acquisition Team and Talent Acquisition Team Lead. Before that, they served as an HR Director at Lancaster Solutions and an HR Generalist at both "LRMT" and "Ecodent" LLC. Viktoriia also worked as a Personal Assistant to the Director at JSC "Connector". Throughout their career, they have been involved in various HR functions, including policy development, recruitment and selection, performance management, employee surveys, and budget management.

Viktoriia Shcherbakova completed their Specialist's degree in Psychology, specializing in Extreme and Crisis Psychology, at the National University of Civil Defense of Ukraine from 2015 to 2016. Viktoriia also obtained a Specialist's degree in Management from Kharkiv State Technical University of Construction and Architecture, completing their studies from 1999 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Viktoriia Shcherbakova has also pursued additional certifications. Viktoriia completed the "Course of Java SE 8 Fundamentals" at Oracle Academy @ KhNURE in May 2014. Furthermore, they obtained an Upper-Intermediate level in English from International House in September 2009.
