Brad Larm

Brad Larm has extensive experience in the automotive industry. Brad started their career at Kiekert AG in 1999, where they held various roles including Manufacturing Engineering Intern, Manufacturing Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineering Manager. At Kiekert AG, they were responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes, hiring engineers, and creating standard operating procedures.

In 2005, Brad had a temporary assignment as an Interim Operations Manager at Kiekert AG. Brad then became a Launch Manager, coordinating the transfer and launch of assembly lines at the Mexico facility.

Brad joined Inteva Products in 2015 and served as Chief Manufacturing Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations and ensuring efficient production processes.

In 2020, Brad became the Product Team Director for latch systems at Inteva Products. Brad later became the Platform and Product Group Director for Latches.

Throughout their career, Brad has demonstrated expertise in manufacturing engineering and operations management. Brad has also been involved in financial support, cost analysis, and program management.

Brad Larm has an MBA from the Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, which they obtained from 2007 to 2008. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Arts from Michigan State University from 1997 to 2001. Brad completed their high school education at Grayling High School from 1993 to 1997, where they graduated salutatorian with honors, focusing on college preparatory and advanced placement coursework.
