Dorothee Baas

Dorothee Baas has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Freelancer/Senior Thesis in the Corporate Branding Department at BASF. From 2003 to 2004, they served as a Marketing Assistant at Image One. Dorothee then joined Behr America in 2004 and held positions as an Executive Project Assistant, Program & Commercial Analyst, Team Leader Business Management, and Project Manager until 2010. In 2010, Dorothee joined Inteva Products as an IT Finance Analyst before being promoted to Sr. IT Financial Analyst in 2011. Dorothee worked in this role until 2016 and then transitioned to Stant, where they served as Manager, Financial Systems until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they held the position of Manager, Business Process Integration at Stant, where they led cross-functional initiatives and served as a regular speaker at industry conferences. Currently, they are an IT Business Transformation Director at Inteva Products, starting in 2022.

Dorothee Baas attended Fachhochschule Worms from 1998 to 2002 and obtained a Diplom Betriebswirt degree in European Business Management. Dorothee also studied International Business at Central Michigan University from 2000 to 2001.
