Ken Smith

Ken Smith has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Ken began their career at Ascension in 2006, where they worked as a Human Resources Assistant until March 2009. Ken then moved on to become a Corporate Human Resources Business Partner until June 2013. In June 2013, Ken joined Inteva Products as a Corporate Human Resources Business Partner until December 2014. Ken then transitioned to the role of Plant Human Resources Manager from January 2015 to May 2016. Ken subsequently served as the Plant Human Resources Manager from June 2016 to July 2020. From July 2020 to May 2021, Ken held the position of Human Resources Manager, Compensation. Currently, they are working as the Director of Global Compensation and Benefits at Inteva Products.

Ken Smith completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Oakland University in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management, also from Oakland University, in 2007.
