Delaney Ng

Delaney Ng has an extensive work experience in the field of technology and cybersecurity. Delaney started their career as an IS Administrator at Merck Sharp & Dohme in 2003 and later joined the Ministry of Defence of Singapore in 2004. Delaney has held various roles at the Ministry, including IT Security Officer, SOC Manager, and IT Security Operations Manager. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Director Cyber Security Inspectorate. In 2019, they became the Technical Director APAC at SANS Institute and also worked as the Chief Technology Officer at INTfinity Consulting. In 2020, they were appointed as a Smart Nation Fellow at GovTech Singapore. At present, they are the CEO at INTfinity Consulting.

Delaney Ng has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, which they earned from the National University of Singapore in 1999-2003. Delaney also holds a Master of Computing degree in Infocomm Security, which they obtained from the same university in 2008-2010. Delaney has obtained numerous additional certifications in the field of information security, such as the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA), and Offensive Security Certified Expert.
