Michalina Karwan

Michalina Karwan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner and Global HR Business Partner at intive since February 2023. Prior to this role, Michalina worked as an HR Business Partner at Asseco Data Systems from July 2020 to June 2023 and held the position of Project Manager and Head of Recruitment Team at LSJ HR Group from January 2013 to July 2020, where responsibilities included supervising a recruitment team, managing recruitment projects, and ensuring client satisfaction. Michalina's career began as a Sales Department Manager at Nordenhoff from December 2011 to January 2013. Michalina holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from Uniwersytet Szczeciński and has completed postgraduate studies in Translation and Interpretation at Szczecin Higher School Collegium Balticum.
