Valentina Julieta De Loof has extensive work experience in human resources, recruiting, and marketing and communications. Valentina Julieta is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at intive. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at SparkDigital, including Vice President of People Operations and Vice President of Recruiting, where they were responsible for designing and implementing the company's recruiting process and overseeing talent acquisition activities. Before that, they worked as an HR & Marketing Assistant at Making Sense LLC, where they were involved in content writing and audio-visual projects. Earlier in their career, they served as a Marketing and Communications Intern at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they managed communication and social media releases.
