Ahmed Ades

Ahmed Ades has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ahmed is currently employed at Intouch.com, where they serve as the Backend Team Lead since July 2022. Prior to this, Ahmed worked at Intouch.com as a Senior Software Developer from May 2018 to July 2022. At Intouch.com, they contributed to the development of a real-time engagement platform for large-scale retailers, incorporating technologies such as facial and image recognition, human-computer interaction, and IoT.

Before joining Intouch.com, Ahmed worked as an IT Supervisor at IDI Pharmaceutical Industries from December 2012 to April 2018. Ahmed was responsible for overseeing the IT operations and infrastructure of the company.

Prior to their role at IDI Pharmaceutical Industries, Ahmed worked as a System Admin at Creative Solutions from August 2011 to December 2012, where they managed and maintained the organization's computer systems and networks.

At the initial stages of their career, Ahmed worked as a Marine Navigation Equipment Installation and Maintenance Engineer at Eastern Electronics from December 2009 to November 2010.

Ahmed Ades completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at Suez Canal University from 2004 to 2009. In 2011, they obtained several certifications from Microsoft including Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 Applications Infrastructure, Configuration, Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuration, Database Administrator 2008, Database Developer 2008, Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration, SQL Server 2008, Database Development, SQL Server 2008, Implementation and Maintenance, and Windows 7, Configuration. In 2012, they also became a Microsoft Certified Professional and obtained certification in Windows Server 2008.
