Mike Sullivan

Mike Sullivan is a seasoned sales training expert with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Training at Intra-Cellular Therapies since March 2020, Mike is responsible for the development of a field sales team of over 400 members and has successfully expanded the training department. Prior roles include Director of Strategic Partnerships at the same company, where Mike led a pilot program addressing COVID-19 access challenges, and Associate Director of Sales Training at ALK, where Mike built a training department from the ground up. Additional experience includes senior positions at LEO Pharma, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies, showcasing a strong track record in training leadership, team management, and sales growth. Mike holds a B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University.
