Paul Telesca

Paul Telesca is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales operations and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Head of Sales Operations at Intra-Cellular Therapies since June 2023, Telesca previously held key positions at Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America, where responsibilities included Marketing Director and various strategic roles. Telesca's career also includes significant contributions at Syneos Health Commercial Solutions, Par Pharmaceutical, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and Johnson & Johnson, encompassing roles such as National Sales Leader and Associate Field Director.
