Nick Kosmatos

Nick Kosmatos has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Product Owner and Technical Coordinator at Intracom Telecom since January 2003. Key responsibilities include managing Agile teams, preparing software upgrade packages for Ericsson AXE systems, drafting requirement specifications, and providing customer support. Nick has held various roles in the organization, evolving from Technical Coordinator and assistant Product Owner to Technical Coordinator, assistant Project Manager, and Software Engineer, demonstrating a strong track record in software development, project management, and technical problem-solving. Prior experience includes IT support roles at IME Informatic and the Greek Ministry of Defence, alongside a background in computer technology. Nick holds an MSc in Information Engineering and a BEng (Hons) in Electronic Systems & Information Engineering, both from Sheffield Hallam University.
