Nate Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success management, having held leadership roles in several companies since 2005. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Intradiem, Nate previously worked as the Head of Customer Success at Doma, where a strong emphasis was placed on client relationships and revenue retention.
