Brian Patterson

Brian Patterson has over 25 years of work experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition field. Brian currently works as a Senior Technical Recruiter at IntraEdge since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at DISYS from May 2018 to January 2020, and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Xtreme Consulting Group from November 2015 to January 2020. Brian also has experience working at Experis as a Lead SME Recruiter from April 2014 to November 2015, and at Adecco Group as a Senior Technical Recruiter from July 2011 to April 2014. Earlier in their career, they held the position of VP Business Development at Systems West Computer Resources from 1998 to 2006, and worked as a Consultant/Manager at Accenture from 1993 to 1998. Brian's expertise lies in full life cycle recruiting, sourcing, hiring, and selection of IT, engineering, and management professionals.

Brian Patterson attended Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and International Business. Prior to this, they completed their undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Applied Physics with an emphasis in Electrical Engineering.
