Shannon Vandiver

Shannon Vandiver is currently the Business Development Manager at Intrepid, an employee-owned company. Prior to this, Shannon held various positions of increasing responsibility at Momentum Technical Solutions, LLC, Pharicode, General Dynamics Information Technology, SAIC, and Jacobs. Shannon has over 17 years of experience in process improvement and ITIL v3 processes. At Jacobs, Shannon was responsible for facilitation and coordination of process improvement initiatives throughout Jacobs and customer organizations based on Information Technology Service Management (ITSM). Shannon was also influential in the effort to obtain CMMI for Services Maturity Level III Certification at Jacobs. In their current role at Intrepid, Shannon is responsible for leading business development activities and pursuing new business opportunities.

Shannon has a Bachelor of Science from Jacksonville State University and is certified in ITIL v4 Managing Professional, Project Management Professional, and ITIL Expert from AXELOS Global Best Practice, Project Management Institute, and EXIN respectively.
