Emily Lamb has a diverse work experience. Emily started their career as an Athletic Development Associate at Ursinus College in 2014, where they assisted in creating fundraising plans for athletics. Emily then worked as an Admissions Associate at West Nottingham Academy, supporting enrollment management and participating in campus life. In 2016, Emily joined Teach For America as a Corps Member, teaching in under-resourced public schools after completing an intensive training program. Emily later became a 10th & 11th Grade English Teacher at RePublic Schools from 2016 to 2019. Emily then transitioned to a role as a College Prep Teacher at the same institution until 2020. Emily currently serves as the Dean of College Access & Success at Intrepid College Prep, focusing on helping students navigate the college application process and achieve success.
Emily Lamb completed their Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General at Ursinus College from 2012 to 2015. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching at Relay Graduate School of Education from 2016 to 2018.
